¶1Heard Shri Javed Raza, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents, and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 24.7.2023, registered as Case Crime No.108 of 2023, under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Bareilly.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that the charge-sheet no.91 of 2023 has been forwarded on 16.9.2023 against the petitioner nos.1, 2 & 3, and the petitioner nos.4 & 5 have been exonerated in the present case, and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
