¶1Heard Shri Anil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents, and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated dated 30.7.2022, registered as Case Crime No.0341 of 2022, under section 306 IPC, Police Station Bilari, District Moradabad.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that the Final Report No.53 of 2023 has been forwarded on 27.7.2023 in the present case, and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
