¶1Heard Shri S.P. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking the following prayer: "I. to decide the Injunction application in Civil Suit no. 426 of 2022 Ikbal Khan Vs. Imamuddin Khan and others pending before the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ghazipur forthwith and also be pleased to direct to maintain the status quo till then."

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a suit for permanent injunction was filed against the defendants in respect of immovable property in which the application for temporary injunction is pending.

¶4After considering the record of this petition as available, without entering into the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to consider the application filed for temporary injunction without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties provided the defendants have been duly served and there is no legal impediment in the matter.
