In compliance of the order dated 05.10.2023 passed by this Court, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 7, Ghazaiabad has submitted its a report dated 17.10.2023, according to which trial has been concluded on 26.08.2022 and the applicant has been acquitted, therefore, the present bail has become infructuous.
