In compliance of the order dated 05.10.2023 passed by this Court, the learned Additional Sessions/ Special Judge (POCSO Act), Lalitpur has submitted its report dated 17.10.2023, according to which trial has been concluded on 12.07.2022 and the applicant has been convicted, therefore, the present bail has become infructuous.
