¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner..

¶2This petition has been filed seeking the following prayer: "(i) To directing the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kannauj to the Original Suit No. 262 of 2022 (Istakhar Khan and others Vs. State of U.P. and others) pending in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kannauj at earliest within specific stipulated period."

¶3It appears that a suit for injunction has been filed by the petitioner in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kannauj bearing Original Suit No. 262 of 2022 which is stated to be pending. A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that the next date fixed in the matter was 11.5.2023.

¶4As the matter is duly proceeding before the trial court, the relief as prayed for is declined. However, it is open for the petitioner to move an application before the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously which would be considered by the trial court in due course.
