¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2Supplementary affidavit has already been filed by counsel for the applicant which shows that the victim is not willing to marry the applicant. Her statement has been recorded before the trial court, therefore, there is no possibility of tampering with the evidence of victim by applicant.

¶3The applicant is already enlarged on interim bail by this court on

14.07.2023.

¶4In view of the above, interim bail granted to the applicant by this court on 14.07.2023 is hereby confirmed.

¶5The bail application is allowed.
