¶1Heard Shri Chandra Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Vibhav Ojha, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 4.2.2023 registered as Case Crime No.0047 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 327, 329, 352, 427 and 34 IPC, P.S. Devgaon, District Azamgrah, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to the petitioners in accordance with law.
