¶1Heard Shri Ashish Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri G.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated

13.06.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0184 of 2023, under Section 366, 376D, 377 IPC, P.S. Hathras Gate, District Hathras, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶3A preliminary objection was raised that this is second petition for the same relief. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
