¶1Heard Shri Mohammad Nadeem, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Ajay Kumar, holding brief of Shri Diwanshu Tiwari, learned counsel for the informant, Shri Rajesh Kumar Madhesia, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents, and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 15.6.2023, registered at Case Crime No.350 of 2023, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Gursahaiganj, District Kannauj.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that the charge-sheet no.371 of 2023 has been forwarded on 2.8.2023, wherein sections 325 & 328 IPC have been added, in the present case, and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
