An affidavit has been filed by Mr. A.N. Roy, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Chairman, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi. The review D.P.C., relating to the petitioner, has been held on 17.10.2023 and the conclusion of the review D.P.C. on the basis of A.P.A.R. (Annual Performance Assessment Reports) for the relevant years is that the petitioner is unfit for promotion to the rank of an Assistant Commandant. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. The petitioner, of course, will have liberty to avail remedies against the conclusion of the review D.P.C., as may be permissible, under the law.
