Considering the nature of the grievance and the fact that the application of the petitioner is pending consideration and without entering into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed off giving liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh application before the respondent no.2 along with a copy of this order, which shall be decided in accordance with law with all expeditions preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of representation along with certified copy of this order." Instructions have come from the State side, which are taken on record. Learned Standing Counsel states that the representation of the applicant has been decided on 21.10.2023. In view of the said fact as the order of the writ Court was only to the extent to decide the representation of the applicant, which the authorities have done, the present contempt application is rendered infructuous and the same stands dismissed.
