¶1Sri Ashish Kumar Nagvanshi, learned counsel appearing for the District Basic Education Officer, Gorakhpur has produced before this court an order passed on 20.10.2023, whereby petitioner's case for compassionate appointment has been rejected.

¶2Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the aforesaid order dated 20.10.2023.
