¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was granted a housing patta on 03.09.2003 but the petitioner has not been put in possession to the land.

¶3A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner has an alternative remedy under the provisions of 129 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as well as U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act as may be applicable.

¶4In view of the availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶5In case, the petitioner moves appropriate application under U.P. Revnue Code, 2006 or U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, before the appropriate authority, the same shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
