¶1It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the landlord and he has filed S.C.C. Suit No.32 of 2021 (Ramesh Chandra Gupta Vs. Ranveer Singh) in the Court of Additional District Judge VIII Kanpur Nagar with the prayer to evict the tenant namely Ranveer Singh.

¶2It reveals from perusal of the order-sheet that in the aforesaid suit, an application under Order VII Rule 11 C.P.C. has been filed by the tenant/defendant which is still pending.

¶3In this view of the matter, Additional District Judge VIII, Kanpur Nagar or before whom the aforesaid case is pending, is directed to decide the aforesaid application most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from next date fixed in the matter.

¶4A copy of this order be communicated by the Registrar (Compliance) to the Additional District Judge VIII, Kanpur Nagar or before whom the matter is pending through District Judge, Kanpur Nagar within three days. Order Date :- 26.10.2023 saqlain High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
