¶1Heard Shri Deepak Rana, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Tajim Rana holding brief of Mohd. Ashraf Abbasi, learned counsel for the informant and Shri G.P. Singh, appearing for the State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 08.09.2023, registered as Case Crime No.76 of 2023, under Section 306, 506 IPC, Police Station Chowk, District Varanasi. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to said FIR.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to the petitioners in accordance with law.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
