¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State.

¶2Challenge in this petition is to a notice under Sections 107 and 116 Cr.P.C. issued to the petitioners.

¶3Learned AGA on the basis of instructions received has stated that this notice has already been replied to by the petitioners.

¶4Under the circumstances, this petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to take an appropriate call on the reply filed by the petitioners expeditiously and preferably within a period of three weeks from today a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
