¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The applicants have filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated

18.04.2022 as well as the entire proceeding of Criminal Misc. Case No.157 of 2022, under Section 14(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Kaptangaj, District Basti.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the lower court may be directed to decide the Criminal Misc. Case No.157 of 2022 within a time frame as decided by this Court.

¶4Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the Criminal Misc. Case No.157 of 2022 within a period of three months after giving opportunity to both the parties in accordance with law.
