¶1According to the petitioners, they and other villagers were asked to remove encroachment so that the approach road can be constructed in the village. However, despite the petitioners have completed their promise, nothing has been done.

¶2In view of above, the petitioners are permitted to file fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Hapur, within two weeks from today and in turn appropriate action would be taken by the authority within further four weeks provided there is no other legal impediment.
