Neetu Kumari Vs. Akshay), under Section 125 Cr.P.C, Police Station Narsaina, District Bulandshahar. By the impugned order, learned court below has allowed the application 28-A(1) moved by the opposite party No.2 and reopened the cross examination of P.W.1-the complainant. Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State-respondent and perused the material available on record. Learned counsel appearing for the revisionist submitted that he seeks to withdraw the present revision, as the learned court below has proceeded in the matter pursuant to the impugned order passed by the court below.
