This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:

(i) issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of certiorari by quashing the provisional assessment notice dated 30.7.2022.

(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2022.

(iii) issue any other writ order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the present case.

(iv) award costs of the writ petition to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the Electricity Department Sri Narendra Kumar Tiwari states that the writ petition is premature as the petitioner's reply would be considered in accordance with law. Under such circumstances, no interference is required. However, if the petitioner files a reply to the notice within a week from today along with the certified copy of this order then the same shall be considered and decided within a period of two months thereafter.
