Hon'ble Manoj Bajaj,J. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the date for auction was fixed for 25th October, 2023. However on that date no auction took place and therefore, the bank can always provide an opportunity to the petitioner to deposit the entire amount due which was payable to the Bank. Sri Praneet Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 Bank, has also stated that the Bank was ready to negotiate with the petitioner with regard to the amount which was due to it. Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted. The Bank and the petitioner may negotiate the matter with the regard to the loan and if any settlement is arrived at the petitioner may abide by it. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 26.10.2023 Raj High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
