Sri Yogesh Mishra holding brief of Sri Ankit Saran, learned counsel for the Bank has stated that since auction proceedings have been initiated, as per the Judgement of Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of CELIR LLP VS. Bafna Motors (Mumbai) Pvt. Ltd. and others decided on 21.09.2023 in Civil Appeal Nos.5542 of 2023, no interference be made by this Court in the instance writ petition. We find substance in the submission of the learned counsel for the Bank. No interference is warranted. The writ petition is dismissed.
