I have perused the order-sheet. It appears that the defendant-respondent is not appearing in the matter. Shri Rohit Shukla, Advocate states and undertakes on behalf of the respondent that the respondent will appear in the execution proceedings. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, no specific direction, as prayed for in this petition, is required to be issued. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
