The writ Court on 12.07.2021 while disposing off Writ-C No. 15067 of 2021 passed the following order; "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the respondents through video conferencing. It is contended that the petitioners are discharging function as educators of the children as per the provisions of constitutional mandate. The respondent Nos. 2 and 3, namely Director of Education (Basic) and District Basic Eduction Officer restrictively are directed to take decision, as expeditiously as possible, as to the claim of the petitioner for receiving grant-in-aid to primary Section attached to Junior Section of Gayatri Devi Purva Madhyamik Vidyalay/Primary Pathshala Sangipur, Holgarh, Soraon, Prayagraj. Authorities concerned shall consider this writ petition as a fresh application/representation and decide the same and pass a reasoned order within a period of 12 weeks from today. With these observations, this petition, at this stage, is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition in case of any difficulties are faced." From perusal of the order of writ Court it is clear that the authorities were directed to consider the application/representation of the applicant. Compliance affidavit has been filed today which is taken on record. From perusal of the compliance affidavit it is clear that representation of the applicant has been decided on 24.05.2023, copy of which has been brought on record as annexure No. 1 to the compliance affidavit. As the order of writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no case for contempt is made out. Contempt application stands dismissed. Contempt notice stands discharged. File consign to record.
