This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Additional District Judge (Junior Division) II, District Jaunpur to decide the Original Suit No.45 of 1989 (Budhi Ram vs. Firoz). No such designated Judge is appointed in District Jaunpur. In any view of the matter, pursuant to the previous order of the Court, a report from the District Judge is available on record and a perusal of which reflects that the suit is being duly proceeded with by the incumbent to the post of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)- II/Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur. As such, no interference is called for and this petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The Registrar (Compliance) is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned court within fifteen days.
