¶1Instant writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned notice dated 21.07.2023 issued by the responent no.3/Tehsildar, Tehsil-Chayal, Distrcit-Kaushambi under Rules 67(2) and 67(5) of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authority not to dispossess the petitioners from the Gata No.424 which was allotted for housing site to the petitioners."

¶2Learned Standing Counsel raises preliminary objection by submitting that the petitioners have filed the present writ petition against the notice issued under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code against which the petitioners can file their objection to the said proceedings.

¶3In view of the above, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition and the same is dismissed with liberty to file their objection and contest the proceedings before the court below, which are pending against them under Section 67 of the U.P.
