¶2However, Sri Shatrughan Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State is present.

¶3On 06.10.2023, the Jailor concerned was directed to submit a report whether the applicant wants to engage another counsel of his own choice or not.

¶4As per office report dated 25.10.2023, a report has been received from the trial court stating that trial of the present case has already been concluded on 17.02.2021.

¶5Learned A.G.A. also submits that applicant has already been acquitted by the trial court on 17.02.2021.Therefore, it appears that trial of the present case has already been concluded and the instant bail application has become infructuous.
