This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the trial court to expedite the proceedings of Case No.363 of 2021 (Pradeep Kumar Sharma & Anr. vs. Smt. Ramesh Chand Sharma) pending in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mathura at the earliest. It appears that the plaintiff-petitioners have filed a suit for specific performance which is stated to be pending. A perusal of the record reveals that certified copy of the order-sheet has not been filed. Under the circumstances and given the fact that the suit was instituted in the year 2021, no direction as sought for can be granted. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
