¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

¶2Present writ petition is preferred with a prayer to command the respondent authorities to take immediate steps to prevent illegal encroachment and land grabbing by respondent Nos. 5 and 6 to avoid any serious incident in the premises situated on Etah Road Sahawar, District Kasganj in which Oil Agency/dealership of Indian Oil Corporation is situated.

¶3Be that as it may, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration. The writ petition, on consent, is disposed of asking the petitioner to move a fresh representation ventilating all his grievance before the District Magistrate-Kasganj (fourth respondent). In case any such representation is moved by the petitioner within a week, we hope and trust that the said representation would be considered on merit by the Competent Authority, who must accord audience to the parties having stake in the matter and only thereafter decide the said representation expeditiously.
