Learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that instant criminal revision has been preferred by the revisionist, who is applicant before the court below, for enhancement of amount of maintenance awarded by the learned court below in impugned judgement and order dated 23.3.2021 but as the matter has been resolved between the mother, who is guardian of applicant No.1 and respondent No.2, who is her father and the spouse are agreed to seek divorce in proceeding under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, which is pending before the court concerned, the revisionist is no longer intend to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
