¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.

¶2The instant writ petition has been filed for expediting the Case No. 62/69, T-314252 (Gaon Sabha v. Santram Pandey), under Section 122B of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel submitted that the petitioner is neither party to the aforesaid proceedings nor a person aggrieved, therefore, the writ petition at his behest is not maintainable.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶5Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
