¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2, Tehsildar, Tehsil-Harraiya, District-Basti to decide the case bearing case no. 7312 of 2022 computer case no. T202217140107312 (Gaon Sabha Vs. Dwarika Prasad) under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending before the respondent no. 2, within stipulated period."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner is neither a party to the aforesaid proceedings nor a person aggrieved, therefore, the writ petition at his behest is not maintainable.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
