¶1At the very outset it was brought to the notice of this Court that an Application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. No. - 15462 of 2019 was earlier moved by the applicant along with some other co-accused persons wherein an interim protection was granted and the same has now been extended by this Court till the next date of listing vide order dated 17.10.2023 and it has been ordered to be listed after six weeks. It is submitted that in view of that, the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous.

¶2In these circumstances, there is no need to proceed further in this matter. The applicant may withdraw this anticipatory bail application at this stage with liberty to file a fresh if the law permits so.
