Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent and perused the material available on record. The petitioners have appeared in person today before this Court. Petition No.1 states that petitioners have solemnized their marriage at Arya Samaj Chowk, Prayagraj on 16.08.2023. petitioner No.1 Soni is presently residing with petitioner No.2 Suraj at his place situated at Riva Road, Dhabanwa Ka Talab, Dandi District Allahabad. Petitioner No.1 further submitted that there was some dispute with her family members regarding her marriage with petition No.2, but now her family members agreed with marriage of petitioner No.2, and she is not having any apprehension with regard to her life and liberty. The petitioners are not having any danger to life and liberty from the family members of petitioner No.1 or local police. Petitioner No.2 also conceded to the stand of petitioner No.1 who is also appeared before the Court. As per instructions received from concerned Police Station, learned Standing Counsel submitted that petitioners are solemnizing their marriage at Arya Samaj Chowk, Prayagraj and no complaint has been made by respondent No.4 at Police Station, police also stated that petitioners are living peacefully as husband and wife and there is no need of police action in the matter. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that present writ petition may be disposed of being infructuous, as there is no eminent threat to life and liberty of the petitioners as stated by them before the Court below from any person.
