Sri Dharmendra Kumar Chaubey, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petition preferred by me seeking mandamus, directing the respondents to release the salary, increment of the writ petitioner and the reinstatement to the writ petitioner on the post of Office Superintendent, is not properly constituted as due to inadvertent typographical error, he could not challenge the order dated 04.09.2023 whereby he was reverted, he seeks liberty to file a fresh petition questioning the said order.
