¶1Learned counsel for the petitioners appeared.

¶2Petitioners are present in person before this Court. They stated that they solemnized their marriage and are living together at the place of petitioner no.2.

¶3However, learned AGA informed that an F.I.R. has been lodged by Smt. Neha w/o Farmaan against the petitioner no.2 having Case Crime No.740 of 2023 under Section 363 I.P.C., P.S.- Loni, District-Ghaziabad. The petitioner no.1 has stated that Smt. Neha is her sister-in-law married with her brother Farmaan.

¶4At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this petition may be dismissed as become infructuous in the light of the F.I.R. lodged in the matter.

¶5Therefore, the present petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous on account of lodging of the F.I.R. However, petitioners are at liberty to avail any other remedy before appropriate Bench if available under law. Order Date :- 26.10.2023 Ankit. High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
