¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated

5.9.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.247 of 2023, under Sections 323, 304-B, 498-A IPC & Setction 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station - Shamshabad, District - Agra.

¶3The F.I.R. lodged in the instant case is under Section 304-B. For this reason the Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
