Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.G.A. Perused the record. By means of the present petition, the petitioners are seeking the quashing of first Information Report dated 03.10.2023 registered as Case Crime No.0497 of 2023, u/s 366 I.P.C., Police Station -Pilkhua, District Hapur. Learned counsel for petitioners has contended that the petitioners are separate entity and they have got no concern with the conduct of their brother Devraj who is said to have enticed away the girl Sarita. From the F.I.R. it is borne out that the petitioners namely Sachin and Kapil are named in the F.I.R. and it is alleged that their brother Devraj has enticed away the girl Sarita on 30.9.2023 and since then her whereabouts is not known. Under the circumstances, we are not inclined to grant any indulgence to the petitioners so long as the whereabouts of the girl and Devraj is not known.
