¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2In view of the order, which is proposed to be passed, notice need not go to the private respondent.

¶3The petitioner has approached this Court to expedite the proceedings of Case No. 118 of 2022 (Sukhdham Yadav vs. Tata A.I.G. General Insurance Company Ltd.), dated 07.07.2022 pending before the District Consumer Protection Forum, Ballia.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and on consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the Authority concerned to decide the aforesaid case strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, except upon payment of cost.
