¶1Petitioners happen to be the legal heirs of the auction purchaser. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that even though the sale certificate was issued to the father of the petitioners, the sale deed was not being executed in favour of the heirs.

¶2Learned counsel for the Bank prays for two months' time to execute the sale deed.
