¶1Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Suneel Kumar Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the informant and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed for quashing the First Information Report dated 19.8.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 308 of 2023, under Sections 452, 376 IPC, Police Station Khandauli, District Agra. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the present petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such.
