¶1Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time, fairly submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach Revisional Authority by way of filing appropriate application alongwith certified copy of order dated 31.12.2020 passed by Assistant Consolidation Officer since revision was dismissed only on the ground that it was not accompanied by certified copy of said order.

¶2Learned Standing Counsel appearing for State-Respondents has no objection to aforesaid prayer.
