¶1Heard Shri Sujeet Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Vineet Pandey, learned counsel for the Awas Ewam Vikas Parishad and Shri V.K. Dixit, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2At present, it has been informed that elections of the cooperative housing society have been concluded yesterday. Result has also been announced.

¶3Keeping the above fact in mind, challenge raised to the nomination of Shri Piyus Ram, District Backward Class Welfare Officer as the Secretary of the housing society in question for the purpose of conduct of election may remain an issue that may be examined in the electoral dispute or proper proceedings that may be instituted vis-a-vis the cause of action that may now exist. Insofar as the election is already over, the nomination made stands executed and discharged. Therefore, we are not inclined to offer any interference in the present proceedings, at this stage.
