Today, when the matter has been taken up, Sri Shailendra Singh, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 has made a statement at Bar that the order dated 02.09.2023 passed by the Joint Director of Education, Agra Region, Agra suspending the writ petitioner has been revoked on 21.10.2023. A copy of the same is being kept on record and marked as Appendix 'A'. The said position is not disputed by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner.
