Court No. - 34 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 18029 of 2023 Petitioner :- Sanjay Kumar Rao Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Kunvar Rahul Singh,Kunwar Jitendra Bahadur Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J.

¶1Heard.

¶2Petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order dated 06.10.2023 whereby he has been transferred from one Primary Health Centre to another Primary Health Centre.

¶3It is pleaded that there are some personal grounds for seeking review of the transfer order as he is the sole male member in the family to look after.

¶4Per contra, learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has been transferred only 40 kms away in the same district and he cannot have any grievance unless there is some serious issue involved which is not reflected from the pleadings raised in the writ petition. Petitioner admittedly being working on a transferable post is liable to be transferred.

¶5Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the record, looking to the transfer order and pleadings raised in the writ petitioner I do not find any good ground to interfere in the transfer order.

¶6It is provided that in the event petitioner submits his joining at the transferred place within a period of two weeks from today and makes a representation within the next one week's time requesting for review of the transfer order dated 06.10.2023 by the authority concerned, the same shall be disposed of within a further period of two weeks in accordance with law.

¶7With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 27.10.2023 Deepika High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
