¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondent and learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to provide the physical possession over the arazi no. 361Kha area 0.0340 hectare, arazi no. 361Kha area 0.0360 hectare, arazi no. 361Kha area 0.0340 hectare and arazi no. 361Kha area 0.0340 hectare to the petitioners.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that this writ petition may not be entertained as the petitioner has an alternative remedy either under Section 129 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 or under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶4Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition.
