5.1.2023 for the amount of Rs.1,03,496/-. Sri Virendra Kumar Gautam, Advocate holding brief of Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for Electricity Department has appeared and stated that recovery in pursuance of the notice dated 5.1.2023 has been withdrawn and the petitioner has been given an opportunity to place his side in the case. He states that no interference be made in the writ petition. Having regard to the fact that the counsel for Electricity Department has stated that the petitioner was being given one more opportunity to file a reply, we direct that if the petitioner replies to the notice dated 5.1.2023 within the next one month, then the case of the petitioner shall be considered in accordance with law within one month of the filing of the reply.
