¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated

11.10.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.0527 of 2023, under Sections 147, 149, 323, 308, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Naini, District-Prayagraj.

¶3Learned AGA has referred to the injury report, which is of a lacerated wound bone deep 9 cm above right ear. This injury corroborates the version in the FIR.

¶4The allegations made in the First Information Report clearly disclose commission of cognizable offences and the allegations are serious in nature. Therefore, prayer of the petitioner to quash the First Information Report is completely misconceived and is rejected.
