No.473 of 2022 (State Versus Deepak Singh) under Section 16(1) of Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Kotwali, District Deoria as well as objection dated 01.11.2022 filed the petitioner, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
